Area II: integration and support activities
The Non-public Sector Skills Center for Catering and Waitressing (BCU) carries out activities aimed at supporting schools, establishments and universities providing education in the field of catering and waitressing in establishing cooperation with employers operating in this field.
The BCU also conducts activities to strengthen and integrate schools providing vocational education, continuing education institutions, vocational training centers, universities and the business sector within the so-called knowledge triangle: school - university - employers.
In addition, the BCU obtains information from employers on labor market demand for skills, qualifications and occupations in the field of catering and waitressing to better meet labor market demand.
As part of Area II, a Council of the Non-Public Sector Skills Center will be established, which will include representatives of the district labor market council, the provincial labor market council, social partners, regional and local authorities and employers, including those from the small and medium-sized enterprises sector, representing the catering sector.
